Receiving Your Order
- Inspection: Check items carefully upon arrival and report any defects before signing the Final Finish Report (FFR).
- Warranty: Lignum Essence offers a specialized warranty ensuring that the wood will never be affected by termite. We guarantee that the foam used in our products will maintain its quality and performance for 10 years under normal use conditions.
The wood used in our products is fully treated and guaranteed to be termite-free for 10 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, moisture, or improper handling.
